Sharon is, by far, AMAZING. She's dedicated, sweet as peaches, and is incredibly helpful/knowledgeable. She was always happy and timely to answer questions we had during the process, kept in constant communication to keep us updated as things progressed, and always accommodated any last-minute changes with what we perceived as ease. I highly recommend her (and secretly wish she was in NH to help me out!) to anyone who needs a real estate agent!

I may be a little biased because yes, Sharon Kominsky is my mom, but she made the home-buying process so easy. She answered my endless questions with patience and took the time to listen to what I wanted. She never rushed or pressured me into anything (which is really amazing, since I was living with her at the time). She went above and beyond to find the perfect house for me (plus, she's really fun to go shopping with!).

Sharon is an excellent agent. She was the first to return my call when I was screening agents, and always responded to me promptly and personally. There are agents around berks with lots of big billboards and slick websites, but none of them answered my calls to list a home in this market. Sharon helped me get my house on the market in a week, and after one weekend, we had an agreement in hand. Sharon managed the settlement and communicated everything we needed to do to get there. A real person, and a real pro who is respectful of the people in front of her, not just chasing the next client. Highly recommend Sharon to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Berks.

Our agent was very helpful in finding us a home. She wasn't on top of the current market yet not pushy at all. She listened to our requests and followed through with finding us the perfect home! Once the offer was received she worked very well with the other agent to ensure that the deal went through without any delays.
